Founded in 2024 by Glen Annison, our company was born from a desire to leverage decades of experience in the food industry to support businesses on their journey to optimization and growth. After many dedicated years working across various sectors of the food industry we recognise a critical need: leadership teams often become overwhelmed by day-to-day demands, losing sight of long-term strategy and growth opportunities.

Our deep roots in the manufacturing industry, spanning numerous sectors, have equipped us with the expertise and experienced to highlight opportunities for improvement and cost reduction and supporting companies streamline operations while reducing the overload on leadership teams by training and coaching.

Sector & Business Experience
With a background in Operations, Supply Chain and Technical our founder, Glen Annison, has many years of experience working successfully in a number of FMCG sectors - including Chilled, Ambient and Frozen and encompassing drinks, snacks, salads, ready meals, sandwiches, soups, desserts, bakery and meat.
